A delightful riverside escape

My stay in the suite with a river view was simply unforgettable. Enjoying coffee made from freshly roasted beans while looking out over the water was a true highlight. The hotel’s staff were impressively attentive and made every effort to enhance our experience.

The only downside was the 15-minute walk to the nearest train station. While it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment, it could be a consideration for those who prefer more immediate access to public transport.

My family and I had a great time during our 4-night stay in our Two-Bedroom Suite! The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring our luggage was taken care of and providing great tips for our outings. The spacious room and rooftop view by the river were fantastic, making for unforgettable memory.

The walk to the nearest metro station is rather tedious, about 15-20 minutes!!! Also, the absence of a dishwasher makes kitchen cleanup more challenging and delays with the slow elevator can be frustrating!!!

It's worth noting the great kitchen amenities, which included high-end appliances that made our meal prep a breeze. However, the nightly rates felt a bit pricey, and there were occasional delays with housekeeping services finishing their duties.

Family with children paradise

The suite was spacious and beautifully designed, I loved having the kids play in the living area while I made coffee with their seriously impressive gear. And honestly, the staff were genuinely friendly, going out of their way to assist me whenever needed, which made it feel like home.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but considering everything, the price was still acceptable.

our stay at ulu was amazing! the property is in a beautiful area, super close to the central train station and the airport shuttle bus stop. everything felt spotless, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive. they even left us a sweet note for our honeymoon. the view from our river view suite was breathtaking, especially at night—a fantastic experience!

We had an awesome time in our city view suite, especially loving the super convenient washer/dryer and the incredible shower. The hotel had a nice rooftop terrace and a cozy lounge area where we relaxed after our outings. Only downside was the occasional wait for housekeeping, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

Just a commendable fit for strolling around in Tokyo with outstanding value for money. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, which saved us some cash. Try to pack light for easier navigation to and from the metro station.

We stayed in a suite with a breathtaking view of the Sumida River, perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring Tokyo. The space was incredibly generous for our family of four, featuring a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen that made self-catering easy. A real bonus was the fantastic shower, and the nearby walking path along the river was ideal for evening strolls. However, the walk to the metro could be a bit long for some families.
